To use the sign <, > or = in between the expression ,first we solve the LHS and RHS then put the symbols.

(-3) + 7 – (19)

(= -3 19 +7

= -22 + 7

= -15

As we know that

(+)*(-) = -

15 - 8+ (-9)

= 15 - 8 - 9

= 15 - 17

= -2

Thus (- 3) + 7 - (19) < 15 - 8+(-9).

-15 < -2
