I think you need to get your basics right xD It's all about calculation, you should be trying it on your own so as to have an easier life in higher standards,but since you need the answer I'll solve it.
=> √( 3.7 × 10^(-9) × 25 × 10^(-20))/(9 × 10^(9))
We know : [ x/y = xy^(-1)] Using this :
=> √ (3.7 × 10^(-9) × 25 × 10^(-20) × 9(-1) × 10^(-9))
Now bring the power of tens together,if you see two or more than 2 power of ten in the numerator, simplify it by adding all the powers and making only one term out of those many. Example : a + 10^(x) + b + 10^(y) + z + 10^(z)
→ a + b + z + 10 ^(x+y+z)
And if you see a power of ten in denominator,so if you want to bring to numerator, subtract the power.
Example : a + 10^(p) + c / z + 10^(q)
→ a + c + z^(-1) + 10^(p-q)
Using this,we can write :
=> √ (3.7 × 25 × 9^(-1) × 10^(-9 + (-9) + (-20))
Now the rest of the job is something which I won't like to explain because there's nothing left.
=> √ (3.7 × 25 × 9^(-1) × 10^(-38))
=> √(92.5 × 9^(-1) × 10^(-38))
=> √(10. 28 × 10^(-38))
=> 3.2 × 10^(-19)
