For this assignment, you are being asked to write a formal business letter to a celebrity, business or entity of your choice. The tone of the letter must be clear; is it a positive or negative form of correspondence?

1. Identify the person/business to whom you are writing. Use the internet to find the contact information. Do not settle for an email address; it must be a physical mailing address.
2. Formatyour letter using the business format we learned in class.
3. Begin writing by:
a. Using the proper heading(student letterhead)
b. Introductory paragraph- two or three sentences stating your purpose
c. Second Paragraph- five to seven sentences explaining your position
d. Concluding Paragraph- two to three sentences restating your purpose and expected course of action.
e. Type and sign your name at the bottom of the page
