1.)  \frac{2}{7}  × 3

  =  \frac{2}{7}  × \frac{3}{1}

  =  \frac{2*3}{7*1}

  =  \frac{6}{7}

The product is in Proper fraction.

2.)  \frac{9}{7}  × 3

 =  \frac{9}{7}  × \frac{3}{1}

 =  \frac{9*3}{7*1}

 =  \frac{27}{7}

Product is in improper fraction

Mixed fraction = Divide numerator from denominator

                       =  7 ÷ 27

                       = Q \frac{R}{D}

  Now to write this as a mixed number, the whole number part is 3 i.e. quotient the numerator is 6 i.e. the remainder and the denominator is the original denominator 7.

                     = 3 \frac{6}{7}

3.) 3 *  \frac{1}{8}

 \frac{3}{1}  \frac{1}{8}

 \frac{3*1}{1*8}

 \frac{3}{8}

Product is in proper fraction.

4.)  \frac{13}{11} *6

=   \frac{13}{11} *   \frac{6}{1}

=   \frac{13*6}{11*1}

=   \frac{78}{11}

Product is  in improper fraction.

Mixed fraction ⇒ Divide numerator from denominator

                       = 11 ÷ 78

                       =Q \frac{R}{D}

                      = Now to write this as a mixed number, the whole number part is 7 i.e. quotient the numerator is 1 i.e. the remainder and the denominator is the original denominator 11.

                      = 7 \frac{1}{11}

Hope it helps
