Maximum marks in 1st test = 100
% marks scored = 90%
Marks = 90/100 * 100 = 90
Maximum marks in 2nd test = 150
% marks scored = 60%
Marks = 150*60/100 = 90
Maximum marks in 3rd test = 200
% marks scored = 54%
Marks = 200*54/100 = 108

Total Maximum marks = 100+150+200 = 450
Total marks scored = 90+90+108 = 288
% marks = marks scored/max marks * 100 = 288/450 *100 = 64%
Aggregate percentage = 64%
Hope it helps.
