Answer:

(a+b)(a-b)=a^{2}-b^{2}

Here a = 2 / 3 and b = 3 / 2

=> (\frac{2}{3}+\frac{3}{2}  )^{2}-(\frac{2}{3}-\frac{3}{2})^{2}\\\\=>(\frac{2}{3})^{2}-(\frac{3}{2} )^{2}\\\\=>\frac{4}{9} -\frac{9}{4} \\\\=>\frac{16-81}{36} \\\\=>\frac{-65}{36}
