The numbers given above are in decimals so first we need to them into rational no.
0.234567/1 (number which doesn't have any denominator is having 1 as denominator and in question it is asked for rational no.)
0.234567*1000000/1*1000000 (to convert into rational no. we have to multiply)
=234567/1000000
same process with the other no. we get 342357/1000000
now we have two rational no. with same denominator so rational numbers between them are -
234587/1000000
324523/1000000
