It can be written as ,

 \tt \dfrac{7}{ - 5}  =  \dfrac{7 \times 2}{ - 5 \times 2}  =  \dfrac{14}{ - 10}

 \tt \dfrac{7}{ - 5}  =  \dfrac{7 \times 3}{ - 5 \times 3}  =  \dfrac{21}{ - 15}

 \therefore  \dfrac{14}{ - 10} , \dfrac{21}{ - 15} are two rational numbers equivalent to 7 upon -5.
