It is given that,

x = 2 , y = 1

27x³-27x²y+9xy²-y³

= (3x)³-3*(3x)²*y+3*(3x)*y-y³

= (3x-y)³

Now ,

substitute x = 2 , y = 1 we get

=(3×2 - 1)³

= (6 - 1)³

= 5³

= 125

Therefore,

Value of 27x³-27x²y+9xy²-y³

= 125
