(2a^2 + 9) (2a^2 + 5)

We take the first variable 2a^2 and multiply it with the two numbers in 2nd bracket and we do the same for the second variable in the 1st bracket :

=4a^4 + 10a^2 + 18a^2 + 45

= 4a^4 + 28a^2 + 45

That's your answer!
