Hi if I am right it is like this,
let first variable is X
second X+1
third X+3
X+X+1+X+3=108
3X+4=108
X=104÷3
X=34.3
X+1=35.3
X+3=37.3

Let the variables be X+1 , X+2 , X+3
According tu question -
x+1+x+2+x+3 =108
3x+6 =108
3x=102
x=34
So, X+1 = 34 + 1 = 35
X+2 = 34 + 2 = 36
X+3 = 34 + 3 = 37
