 - 3m + 1 \times ( - 3)7 = ( - 3)56 \\  \\  - 3m - 21 =  - 168 \\  \\  - 3m =  - 168 + 21 \\  \\  - 3m =  - 147 \\  \\ m =  - 147 \div ( - 3) \\  \\ m = 49
