First take L.C.M. to make the denominators same.

L.C.M. of 5 and 3=15

______________________

 \frac{ - 3}{5}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  =  \frac{ - 9}{15}

 \frac{ - 1}{3}  \times  \frac{5}{5}  =  \frac{ - 5}{15}

Rational numbers between -3/5 and -1/3 are -8/15, -7/15, -6/15.
