Answer:

 \huge {\mathfrak {\red {Given:}}}

 \large { \frac{ - 3}{5} and \frac{1}{5}   }

 \huge {\mathfrak {\pink {Solution:}}}

Infinite numbers can be present between two rational numbers, therefore answers may vary, as there are infinite possibilities.

As in the above attachment, you can see the circled numbers lie between the two given numbers, but they are just three.

So, for the fourth number, follow this process (though you can write randomly):

For any two rational numbers, say p and q, a number between them would be:

 \large { ( p + q) \div 2}

Right, this is the formula we use for calculating the average of two numbers!

So, by using this, let's find out a number between any two of the consecutive circled numbers, say  \large { \frac{ - 2}{5} and \frac{-1}{5}  }

=  \large { \frac{ - 2}{5} + \frac{-1}{5} }

=  \large { \frac{ - 3}{5}}

=  \large {\frac{ - 3}{5}  \div 2}

=  \large {\frac{ - 3}{10}  \div 2} (Random fourth number— as the answer be anything)

Hope this helped you, thanks for posting :)
