try to plot the graph for integer values

or

try taking one variable on one side

(i.e y=((6+2x)/3)

and sub at x such that 6+2x has a factor of 3

or

divide the entire equation by 6

(i.e y/2-x/3=1)

now try sub y=2k,x=3l for simplification

Answer:

3y-2x=6

3(0)-2(3)=6...(1)

3(2)-2(0)=6...(2)

3(4)-2(3)=6...(3)

3(6)-2(6)=6...(4)
