Here is your answer :-

In simple way , your question is

5+cosec²(90°-A) - tan²A ( assuming theta as A )

5 + sec²A - tan²A [ cosec(90°-A) = secA ]

5 + 1 = 6 [ sec²A - tan²A = 1]

Your answer is 6 .
