first we will convert 2 by 9 and 3 by 8 into decimal form I.e. 2 by 9 = 0.22 and 3 by 8 = 0.375


5 numbers between 0.22 and 0.375 are :- 0.25 , 0.35 , 0.45 , 0.55 , 0.65

now we will convert these all five numbers into rational numbers I.e. 0.25 = 1/4 , 0.35 = 7/20 , 0.45 = 9/20 , 0.55 = 11/20 and 0.65 = 13/20
