 \:  \:  \:  \:  \: 2(2 {a}^{2} + 2 {b}^{2} + 4ab) = 2 \times 98 \\  =>( {2}a + {2}b)^{2} = 196 \\  = >  (2a + 2b) = 14 \: and \:  - 14 \\  = >a + b = 7 \: and \:  - 7
And given,
a-b = 3
Solving both the equations by
taking +7 and - 7.

a = 5 and -5.
b = 2 and -2.
