Step-by-step explanation:

 \frac{7 +  \sqrt{5} }{7 -  \sqrt{5} } -  \frac{7 -  \sqrt{5} }{7 +  \sqrt{5} }   = a +  \frac{7 \sqrt{5} }{11}b

Taking lcm,

 \frac{(7 + \sqrt{5})^{2} - (7 -  \sqrt{5})^{2}     }{(7 -  \sqrt{5})(7 +  \sqrt{5})  }  = a +  \frac{7 \sqrt{5} }{11}b

We know that (a+b)²-(a-b)²=4ab,

so,

 \frac{28 \sqrt{5} }{ ({7})^{2} -  {( \sqrt{5}) }^{2}  }  = a +  \frac{7 \sqrt{5} }{11}b

 \frac{28 \sqrt{5} }{44}  =  \frac{7 \sqrt{5} }{11}  = a +  \frac{7 \sqrt{5} }{11}b

On comparing, we get,

a = 0 \:  \: and \:  \: b = 1

Hope this will help you
