so when x=1
=(1)^4+a(1)^3+2(1)^2-3(1)+b
= 1+a+2-3+b

when x= -1
it will be
=(-1)^4+a (-1)^3+2 (-1)^2-3 (-1)+b
=1-a+2+3+b
=a-b=6 ----equa.2
on solving both the problems
we get a=3
and b= -3
so when x=1
