a = 13 and b=3

Using Euclid's Division algorithm, 13 can be written as :

13 = 4 x 3 + 1

=>13 = 4.3 +1

Now, comparing it with the given expression : a = bq + r

We get, a = 13, b = 3, q = 4 and r = 1

Thus, the value of q and r is 4 and 1 respectively.
