Find a centroid of the triangle whose vertices are given below
A(-7,6),B(2,-2),C(8,5)

Answer:

Let A (x1 , y1 ) = A (-7, 6),

B (x2 , y2) = B (2, -2),

C (x3 , y3 ) = C(8, 5)

∴ By centroid formula, ∴

the attachment has the centroid formula

and then write -

The co-ordinates of the centroid are (1, 3).
