Find a cubic polynomial whose zeroes are -3 , 4 and 1/3

Hi since they are zeros,
(x+3), (x-4) and (3x-1) are factors.
Therefore the polynomial is
(x + 3)(x - 4)(3x - 1) = \\ ( {x }^{2}  - x - 12)(3x - 1) =  \\ 3  {x}^{3}  - 3 {x}^{2}  - 36x -  {x}^{2}  + x + 12 =  \\ 3 {x}^{3}  - 4 {x}^{2}  - 35x + 12
