 = (x - 3)(x -  \frac{1}{2})(  x + 1) \\  = (x -  \frac{1}{2} )(x - 3)(x + 1) \\  = (x -  \frac{1}{2} )( {x}^{2}  - 2x - 3) \\  =  {x}^{3}  -  \frac{5}{2}  {x}^{2}  - 2x +  \frac{3}{2}  \\  =  \frac{1}{2} ( {x}^{3}  - 5 {x}^{2}  - 4x + 3)
