P(X)=5X^3-7X^2-9X-28
put x-4=0
x=4
IF x-a is a factor of p(x) then p(x)=0 (BY FACTOR THEORAM)
put value of x in equation p(x)
p(4)=5×4^3-7×4^2-9×4-28
=5×64-7×16-36-28
=320-112-64
=320-184
=136not equal to 0
so it is not a factor of p (x)
bro where is 'a'
