Hi ,
25 × 5^a = 5^5
5² × 5^a = 5^5
5^( 2 + a ) = 5^5
[ Since a^m × a^n = a^m+n ]
2 + a = 5
[ If a^m = a^n then m = n ]
a = 5 - 2
a = 3
I hope this helps you.
