ATQ :-

 \frac{1}{4} x - 7 = 3 \\  =  >  \frac{1}{4} x = 3 + 7 \\  =  >  \frac{1}{4} x = 10 \\  =  > x = 10 \times 4 \\  =  > x = 40

1/4 x = 7 + 3
