Let the digit at tens be t and the digit at units be y
10 t + y = 3 ( t + y )
10 t + y = 3 t + 3 y
10 t - 3 t + y = 3 y
7 t + y = 3 y
7 t = 3 y - y
7 t = 2 y
t / y = 2 / 7
digit at tens = 2 = 2 x 10 = 20
digit at units = 7 = 7 x 1 = 7
So, the required answer = 20 + 7 = 27
Hope It Helps You!!
