The number = x

So,its double = 2×x= 2x

it's half = x/2


$2x = \frac{x}{2} + 45$

$2x - \frac{2}{x} = 45$
$\frac{4x - x}{2}$

$\frac{3x}{2} = 45$

$x = \frac{45 \times 2}{3}$

$x = 30$
