Let number is x.

Given that,

(x/5)+30=(x/4)-30

=> (x+150)/5=(x-120)/4

=>  4(x+150)=5(x-120)

=>  4x+600=5x-600

=>  600+600=5x-4x

=>  1200=x

The answer is 1200.
