Let the zeros be x,y

then,x+y=-3

xy=2

By The equation,x=-2,y=-1 or x=-1,y=-2

so,Then (x+2)(x-1) is the factor of p(x)

Solving it we get is x^2+x-2 is the polynomial p(x).
