Let alpha =2, beta=1 and gama=-1
Polynomial=x3-(alpha+beta+gama)x2+{(alpha)(beta)+(beta)(gama)+(gama)(alpha)}x-{(alpha)(beta)(gama)}
Putting the values

=x3-(2+1-1)x2+[(2)(1)+(-1)(1)+(-1)(2)]x-[(1)(2)(-1)]
x3-2x2+(2-1-2)x+2
x3-2x2-1x+2
