FOR A NUMBER "n" WE CAN FIND A PYTHAGOREAN TRIPLET AS 2n,n^2-1 and n^2+1

If the no. is n = 5 , the Pythagorean triplet will be , 2n =2×5=10
n^2-1 = 5×5-1=24
n^2+1 = 5×5+1=26
So,the required Pythagorean triplet is,
10,24,26.

n × 2 - 1 = 5 × 2 - 1 = 9

n × 2 + 1 = 5 × 2 + 1 = 11

2 n = 2 × 5 = 10
