 \alpha  +  \beta  = 5 \\  \alpha  -  \beta  = 1

solving eq. 1 and 2

 \alpha  +  \beta  = 5 \\  \alpha   -  \beta  = 1 \\  =  \2alpha  = 6

2alpha = 6

alpha = 3

putting value of @ in eq. 1

alpha + beta = 5

3 + beta = 5

beta = 5 -3 = 2

so, @B = 3 × 2 = 6

by the quadratic equation formula,

x² - (@ +B)x + (@B)

x² - 5x + 6
