Quadratic equation ;
x²-(sum of roots) x + product of roots
= x²-(-1/6+(-1/3)) x + (-1/6)(-1/3)
= x²-(1-2/6)x + 1/18
= x²+1/6 x +1/18
= 18x²+3x+1
