By formula -

 {x}^{2}  - (sum \: of \: roots)x + (product \: of \: roots)

 {x}^{2} -  ( \alpha  +  \beta )x + ( \alpha  \times  \beta )

 {x}^{2}  - (0 +  \frac{ - 1}{4} )x + (0 \times  \frac{ - 1}{4} )

 {x}^{2}  -  \frac{1}{4} x + 0

on multiplying equation by 4

it gives 4x^2 - 1x +0
