sum = 1 / 4

product = -1 / 1

first make their denominator same

1/4 , -1×4 / 1×4

1/4 , -4 / 4

sum of Zeroes is - b /a

product of Zeroes is c / a

according to the given fractions

the polynomial is
4x square + ( - x square ) + ( - 4 )

4x square - x square - 4

hope it helps

Answer:

good morning..  Hope you are fine.

Step-by-step explanation:

given ,, sum of zeros= 1/4

product of zeros= -1

now, we know that there exist a quadratic polynomial such that,

x² - (sum of xeros)x + product of zeros

x²-1/4x - 1

4x² - x - 4   [ multiplying by 4]

This is the required polynomial..
