It is given that ,
m + n = 1/6 ,
mn = - 1/3,
Required polynomial is of the form ,
x² - ( m + n ) x + mn
= x² - ( 1/6 ) x + ( - 1/3 )
= ( 6x² - x - 2 ) / 6
