\sf\underline{Answer:}

Let the zeroes of polynomial be alpha and beta

→ Sum of zeroes

 \alpha +   \beta  = 3

→ Product of zeroes

 \alpha  \beta  =  - 3

Then the quadratic polynomial would be

k[ {x}^{2} - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta  ]

k[ {x}^{2} - 3x - 3 ]

here, k might be any number and is a constant.

The required polynomial is

 {x}^{2}  - 3x - 3
