Answer

sum of zeros = √2

product of zeros = 1/3

p(x) = x² - (sum of zeros) x + product of zeros

= x² - √2x + 1/3

=3 x² -3√2 x +1/3

3x²-3√2x + 1/3 = 0

3x² - 3√2x +1 = 0

p(x) = 3x² -3√2x + 1
