Find a quadratic polynomial, the sum and product of whose zeroes are -3 and 5/2
respectively.​

Answer:

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  \frac{ - b}{a}  \\  \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{c}{a}

 \frac{ - b}{a}  =  -3  \: or \: \frac{ - 6}{2}   \\  \frac{c}{a}  =  \frac{5}{2}

a = 2 \\ b =  6  \\ c = 5

Polynomial is

2 {x}^{2}  + 6x + 5 = 0
