sum of zeroes = -5 assuming it as 'a'

product of zeroes = 3 assuming it as 'b'

Required quadratic polynomial = k(x^2-ax+b)

                                                   = k(x^2+5x+3)

put k=1

quadratic polynomial = x^2+5+3

hope it helps u.. :-)
