Hey there!!!!!

Let the product of zeros be P ( -13/5)
and let the sum of zeros be S ( -3/5)

Required Quadratic Polynomial = k{ x² - Sx + P }

=> k { x² +(3/5)x - 13/5 }

=> 1/5 { 5x² + 3x - 13 }

This is the required polynomial

Hope this helps
