 \alpha  +  \beta  =  \sqrt{3} = s  \\  \alpha  \beta  =  -  \sqrt{3} = p  \\ f(x) =  {x}^{2}  - s(x) + p \\ f(x) =  {x}^{2}  -  \sqrt{3} x -  \sqrt{3}
