Answer:

The quadratic equation is in the form

a {x}^{2} + bx + c

So sum of roots =

-b/a = 0

Product of roots is =

C/a = - 1/16

  {x}^{2} + ( - sum \: of \: roots) + product \: of \: roots \:

X^2+0-1/16

16 {x}^{2} + 0 - 1 = 0

Is the quadratic equation

Hope it helps ✌️
