Solution :-

We know that

Standard form of quadratic polynomial = x² - (α + β)x + αβ

=> x² - (3/4)x + (-1)

=> x² - (3/4x) - (1)

=> x² - 3/4x - 1

Hence

Required quardatic polynomial = x² - 3/4x - 1
