sum \: of \: the \: roots = 2

quadratic \: polynomial = p(x) =  {x}^{2}  - (sum \: of \: roots \times x )+ product \: of \: roots

p(x) =  {x}^{2}  - 2x +  \frac{ - 3}{5}

p(x) =  \frac{k}{5} (5 {x}^{2}    -  10x - 3)
