We have given that sum of zeroes(S)= 21/8

and product of zeroes(P) = 5/16

so the quadratic polynomial p(x)= k(x2 - Sx +P)

p(x) = k(x2 - 21/8x + 5/16)

where  k  is any non-zero real number.
