Find a quadratic polynomial whose sum is 0 and their product is -1.

Sum of zeroes = 0



And,



Product of zeroes = -1




Therefore,




Required quadratic polynomial = X²-(Sum of zeroes )X + Product of zeroes



=> X² - (0)X + (-1)






=> X² - 1

In the quadratic form

p (x) = x^2 - (alpha + beta ) + ( alpha × beta )

= x^2 - 0 + ( - 1)

= x^2 - 1.=> Answer
