sum of zeroes is =alpha+beta=1/3
product of zeroes =alpha×beta=-1/3

by using
k [x^2-(alpha+beta)x+alpha×beta]
k [x^2-1/3x+(-1/3)]
k [x^2-1/3x-1/3]
So polynomial is
3x^2-x-1

hopes it help you
